Refund Policy

At Class Hair Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a refund on unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we are unable to refund opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Salon Policy

  • Please be aware that we have a 50% charge for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Any No-shows will result in a 100% charge. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures that we can provide the best service to all our valued clients.

  • Be sure to sign up for a reminder email so you can avoid missing your appointment.
